Angular form ngModule 交互失效

form 表单元素如果使用了[(ngModel)]=”name”，

• 添加name="name"
• 添加配置项[ngModelOptions]="{standalone: true}"

ERROR Error: If ngModel is used within a form tag, either the name attribute must be set or the form
      control must be defined as 'standalone' in ngModelOptions.
